The President of the firm, Adele Fleet Bacow, author of Designing the City: A Guide for Advocates and Public Officials, is an urban planner with over twenty-five years’ experience developing and implementing projects for a variety of clients across the country.

Susan Crowl Silberberg, Senior Vice President, is an urban designer, planner, and architect with over fifteen years’ experience in leading national and international projects.
